Gift delivery...

We aim to deliver or despatch all gift orders within 24 hours of the day they are received unless other-wise instructed regarding a special date. Because most gift items are hand crafted we do actually prefer to receive an early order with a special date “required by” - see shopping cart. All parcels, sent within New Zealand, have track and trace barcoding for knowledge of whereabouts which aids in security. A charge of $10 per parcel is an additional NZ Post option for track and trace on parcels sent overseas.

Deliver within New Zealand:
All items will be delivered by courier within 2 days or a little longer if a rural delivery. Express delivery for next day is available at an extra cost. Delivery Costs are an additional cost to your order.

We deliver Christchurch gift baskets and gift boxes, where possible, the same day as receipt of your gift order.  Our Christchurch NZ gift box company can deliver very easily to the nearby hill suburbs of Scarborough, Sumner, Richmond Hill, Clifton Hill, Moncks Bay, Redcliffs, Balmoral Hill, St Andrews Hill, Mount Pleasant, Ferrymead, Heathcote, Hillsborough, Opawa, Brighton, Aranui, Linwood and Woolston.

International delivery:
We welcome orders from or to overseas and can arrange to deliver virtually anywhere, worldwide. Every day we arrange international delivery to UK, Europe, Australia, US or anywhere overseas. Again, we have found NZ Post to be extremely reliable and competitive and these charges will be calculated based on total weight and destination. This charge will be added to the cost of your gift and the cost of the box chosen/most suitable. International mail should arrive within ten (10) days to two (2) weeks of receipt of your order however please allow longer at busy times of the year. We prefer early orders!

International Delivery Costs:
Every parcel is individually weighed and delivery cost is based on that weight. You will be advised of delivery cost prior to confirming your order or providing your credit card details on a secure link. An indication of weight per country is advised at checkout.
