“Stonehouse” use only fruit grown in their own Central Otago orchard and other produce grown in the vicinity to make a range of preserves of which we show just three. Pickled walnuts for antipasto platters, pizzas, salads and cheeseboards or for adding to beer casseroles! Alcohol enhanced cherries with their stalks on for impressive desserts plus the most divine award-winning apricot or raspberry liqueur topping for drizzling over ice-cream, pancakes or winter puddings.
