NZ Meat and Game Terrine
The table delicacies in the glass terrines are made from NZ’s own venison, pork and duck. Succulently prepared under his own label “Taste of Provence” by excellent chef and catering tutor Philippe, these 190 gm jars of venison/pork and duck/pork will be devoured with enthusiasm. Just great to know that someone makes something so flavoursome and perfect!
Choose from Venison and Pork mixed with vegetables, mushrooms, brandy, walnuts and herbs @ $12 or try the delicious Rillettes of Pork/Hare or Pork/Duck which has its flavour enhanced by the addition of fresh vegetables and herbs @ $12. Both taste superb.
