Maori Mythological Bookends
Andrew’s interest in indigenous sculpture shows in his sculpting of the original Ranginui and Papatunauku from which these fine bookends were moulded. The Sky Father and the Earth Mother are fascinating and will add another dimension to someone’s precious possessions. Made of highly polished black compressed stone elements, pigments and wax. Quite heavy!
